Run, Ran, Runned

I was told recently by a friend that it takes 21 days to make anything a habit. I've only got 20 more days to go with this whole running bit.













At least there are delightful trees and spring flowers along the way to keep me motivated.

It only takes three days to lose your cardio stamina. Why does City Park seem so far away? I think I need wheels for feet.
